Here’s How I Can Help You

When Your Brain Won’t Settle, Nothing Else Can

You’ve watched someone you love run out of options.

The pep talks, the routines, the doctor visits, the tips that work for a week and then stop.

Underneath most of it is a nervous system that never gets to calm down. And until the brain settles, the thinking mind can’t do its job.

You can’t reason your way to calm when the alarm is still going off.

That’s the part I work on directly.

Your Child Can Make It Through The Day

Your son melts down over a change in plans. He hits his sister. He can’t sit through dinner, and bedtime turns into a battle because his own room doesn’t feel safe.

You don’t want to medicate him. You want the calm, curious kid you know is in there.

Neurofeedback works directly with your child’s brain to help it settle, so he can sit through class, get through dinner, and sleep in his own bed without fear. It gives a dysregulated brain a level playing field.

Many parents describe it simply. They got their kid back. Without having to use medication.

Your Confidence Can Be Yours

You’ve hit every goal. The starting spot, the times, the stats.

And still your mind won’t quiet down. You’re running on empty, terrified that if you slow down, people will think you quit.

So you perform confident while you barely hold it together.

Here’s what the pressure hides: somewhere along the way, the sport became the thing proving you matter. I calm the brain that’s working against you, and I help you build the kind of confidence that holds even when you’re not competing. Better focus. Better sleep. Confidence that’s actually yours.

You Can Feel Like Yourself Again

The thoughts race and won’t slow down. Sleep doesn’t repair you.

All day long, your body carries the headaches, the tension, and the exhaustion.

Somewhere in there, the real version of you went quiet.

The old you. The one you actually recognize.

I help you train your brain’s electrical patterns to settle down, so your mind gets quiet and your body gets a break.

When your nervous system calms down, the rest becomes possible.

Picture What Changes

When your brain finally calms down, ordinary days start to look different.

A school day ends with no notes home. Your dinner table stays peaceful. Sleep is long and deep, night after night. You feel naturally confident (without the pressure). The morning migraine never arrives. The joy of knowing you sound like yourself again.

The Tools I Bring to the Work

I pull from CBT, attention to what your body is telling you, and heart rate and breath work to support what neurofeedback starts.

My job is to help you experience the relief you hoped was possible but had started to doubt.

If your brain has been working against you, I can help you get it working for you. And along the way, give yourself some grace. You’ve been doing your best, but you didn’t have the right tools.

Hi, I’m Anna.

I work directly with the brain, and I challenge the mind right alongside it.

Most approaches start with the thinking and hope the body follows.

I go the other way first.

Think of it like a car. Neurofeedback is the engine, the thing that gets your nervous system running smoothly again. The CBT and skill-building you and I do together is the driver, steering all that new capacity somewhere useful.

Once your brain can calm down, you can finally reach the clear, steady thinking that felt out of reach.

There’s a Way Forward, and You Don’t Have to Guess at It
